Always Feebas lets you encounter Feebas by fishing anywhere on Route 119.
All tiles on the Route 119 river are now capable of triggering a Feebas encounter.

Surfing will not result in a Feebas encounter.

This feature can be used alongside Instant Fishing for a better fishing experience.
